The image shows a restaurant with tables and chairs in front of a large window, surrounded by plants and illuminated by lights on the ceiling. On the tables, there are napkins and other objects, and on the right side of the image, there is a rack with various objects arranged on it. This restaurant is one of the best Japanese restaurants in London.

London's dining and hospitality scene welcomes bold new openings this month

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month's issue we take a look at COYA Mayfair; we check out Yotel London; and we unveil TAKA Marylebone.

The award-winning restaurant, bar and members' club COYA Mayfair, has transformed the space after a period of closure which has allowed for an extensive refurbishment to take place.

COYA Mayfair has reopened with a new spirit of adventure, taking their guests on a refreshed multi-sensory journey into the heart of South America. The team will bring new vibrant dishes and cocktails alongside contemporary interior design and art drawn from the capital's best talent. London design studio, Sagrada, has redesigned the impressive Piccadilly site into a celebration of Latin America.

YOTEL, the innovative global hospitality brand for smart, tech-savvy travellers, has officially opened its first central London hotel. Each of the hotel's 212 modern cabins (YOTEL speak for bedrooms) are equipped with signature YOTEL features such as the space-saving adjustable SmartBedTM with super comfortable gel cooled mattresses, refreshing rain showers, Smart TVs, multiple power and USB charging ports and free super-fast Wi-Fi.

A little over 3 years ago, brother and sister restauranteurs Andrey and Anastasia Datsenko launched a brand new concept onto the London hospitality market. TAKA centred on offering high end Japanese food in a chic location at affordable prices, taking inspiration from the pair's debut restaurant in Tokyo. TAKA Mayfair has thrived since opening and the time has now come for a second location to enter the market.

Opening this month, TAKA Marylebone will seek to build on the success of the Mayfair site and continue to provide an enticing selection of Japanese signature dishes in a warm and contemporary setting.

The restaurant is split across 3 stories. The basement is home to the kitchen and back of house facilities. On the ground floor is the venue's entrance alongside the bar counter and dining space. The second floor is TAKA's top floor dining space.

With all this and more it's time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality. Go well!

Sam
