PartyPoker Tour Sheffield kicks off with £150 Mini Main Event action

The 2026 PartyPoker Tour Sheffield is now underway, with the £150 Mini Main Event taking centre stage. Day 1B of the tournament kicked off with a lively atmosphere, as 167 players joined the action in a packed event space. The £150 Mini Main Event has drawn strong interest, with 25 players already securing their spots for Day 2. Leading the pack is Ishtiaq Ahmed from Pakistan, who holds the top chip count at 1,030,000. Close behind are Trung Tran with 959,000 chips and Alexander Georgiev with 611,000.

Alongside the main event, several side tournaments are running. Players can enter the £30 Target Stack Satellite for a chance to qualify for the Mini Main Event. Another option is the £60 Target Stack Satellite, which offers a route into the £500 Main Event. The energy in the tournament area remains high, with tables filled and competition heating up as players vie for a place in the next round.
