Caesars Entertainment races toward 2025 diversity leadership goals

Caesars Entertainment, one of the world’s largest casino operators, is pushing ahead with plans to diversify its leadership. The company has set clear targets to achieve gender and racial parity by 2025. Recent progress shows more women and people of colour moving into key roles.

As of January 2022, women already held 32% of senior leadership positions at Caesars. At mid-level roles, they made up 46% of the workforce. People of colour occupied 43% of leadership positions by 2021.

The company’s Emerging Leaders Program has helped accelerate change. By mid-2022, 15% of participants had been promoted to leadership roles, including nine women and nine people of colour. Caesars has committed to reaching 50% representation for both women and people of colour in leadership by 2025. The goal is part of a broader push to lead the gaming industry in diversity hiring.

With a market value exceeding $7.5 billion, Caesars is making steady progress toward its targets. The company’s focus on internal promotions and structured programs aims to reshape its leadership demographics. If successful, the changes will set a new standard in the casino sector.
