BetNova debuts in Ontario as the 48th licensed iGaming operator
Just as one major brand exits North America's most densely saturated legal iGaming market, another steps in.
News emerged last week of Casumo's Ontario exit, followed by BetNova's move on Thursday to take its place as the 48th iGaming operator competing via 81 licensed sites in the province.
The latest company through Ontario's revolving door is owned by Johannesburg-based independent iGaming giant Goldrush Gaming Group.
includes titles from A-list studios
According to reports, the BetNova's Delasport-powered portfolio of slots, table, and live dealer games now live in Ontario includes titles from A-list studios including Evolution, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Bragg Gaming Group, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and others.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) awarded the South African firm's Canadian subsidiary an operator's license in August for the betnova.ca domain name which is now live and open to Ontario players.
