There is a person holding a camera, a device on a stand, a banner with some text on it, some poles, a metal frame, some trees, the bark of the trees, some buildings with windows, and a cloudy sky. It appears to be a summer concert in the park.

Benidorm's SkyFest debuts with 200,000 visitors expected this summer

Benidorm is gearing up for a major entertainment boost this summer with the launch of SkyFest, a brand-new outdoor venue. Expected to draw over 200,000 visitors between June and September, the space will host concerts, festivals, comedy, and sports screenings in the Foietes-Colonia Madrid area. SkyFest will officially open on June 28 with a charity event supporting the Centro Doble Amor association. The venue, located at Guillermo Amor Sports City, can accommodate up to 25,000 people for large-scale performances.

Over 24 events are planned, including Latin Fest on July 4 and 5, Chayanne’s concert on July 24, and DJ Symphonic on August 21. The site features two stages, shaded cooling zones, VIP terraces, and extensive food and drink areas with over 100 metres of bar service. Organisers have promised further event announcements in the weeks leading up to the launch. The venue’s facilities also include over 100 bathroom cabins and dedicated spaces for children’s performances and musicals.

City officials see SkyFest as a key step in establishing Benidorm as a year-round events hub. With its mix of music, comedy, and family entertainment, the venue aims to attract both tourists and locals throughout the summer season.
