Paridhi Singh's fearless journey from IAF pilot to healer and coach
Paridhi Singh (Retd) has led a life of extraordinary achievements, breaking barriers in multiple fields. Born and raised in Indore, she became the city’s first woman to join the Indian Air Force (IAF) as a pilot. Her career and passions have spanned aviation, adventure sports, classical dance, and holistic healing—each marked by dedication and skill. Singh’s journey in the IAF was defined by daring missions. She specialised in aerobatics, deep sorties, and challenging island landings. Beyond flying, she represented the IAF skydiving team, completing 85 jumps during her service.
Before her aviation career, she excelled in sports. A national-level basketball and judo player, she later became an international white-water rafting guide and competitive skier. Her athletic versatility extended to classical arts as well—she trained as a Kathak dancer and performed at Indore’s Sangeet Samaroh. After retiring from the IAF, Singh shifted her focus to wellness and personal development. She now practices pranic healing, addressing various health issues and offering remote sessions to clients. Additionally, she works as a certified life coach and motivational speaker, guiding others on habits, happiness, and resilience. Settled in Indore, she shares her life with her husband, a retired Air Force officer. He currently serves at the Madhya Pradesh Flying Club, continuing their family’s connection to aviation.
Singh’s story reflects a rare blend of discipline and adventure. From military aviation to healing and coaching, her work continues to inspire. Today, she remains active in her community, using her experiences to help others lead balanced, fulfilling lives.
