PartyPoker's Big Quarter turns $11 into $10,752 for lucky winner Anikibrs

The latest edition of PartyPoker’s Big Quarter event has wrapped up, drawing in thousands of players for a shot at mystery bounties and a guaranteed prize pool. With a modest $11 buy-in, the tournament offered life-changing rewards, including a top prize of over $10,000 for the winner, Anikibrs. A total of 14,712 players competed in the mystery bounty tournament, where seven sealed envelopes held prizes exceeding $1,000 each. The event guaranteed a $150,000 prize pool, but the real excitement came from the hidden bounties.

Anikibrs emerged victorious, turning an $11 entry into $10,752. Meanwhile, Smurf claimed the largest mystery bounty—a $10,000 reward—boosting their total winnings to $14,162. Even those who didn’t reach the final table could strike it lucky, like HiltonSoares, who finished 54th but still pocketed a $5,000 mystery bounty. The final table saw the lowest payout at $1,067, a return of 97 times the original buy-in. As this edition closes, freeroll satellites are already underway for the next Big Quarter, with Day 1s starting October 12 and the final set for January 5. The upcoming event’s final will take place on October 11 at 8:00 p.m. BST, as reported by PokerNews Senior Editor Matthew Pitt.

The Big Quarter once again proved that small stakes can lead to big wins, with multiple players securing payouts far beyond their initial investment. With the next tournament on the horizon, PartyPoker’s mystery bounty format continues to attract a wide field of hopeful competitors.
