Both companies aim to boost efficiency and customer experience through advanced technology. The collaboration will see Infosys enhance zooplus’ expertise in key areas. These include product management, technology, quality, design, and engineering. A new order management system will form the backbone of the upgrade.

Infosys will also deploy its AI-powered platform, Infosys Topaz, to drive innovation. The goal is to transform zooplus’ e-commerce capabilities, streamline operations, and improve supply chain performance. Marketing and customer engagement tools will receive similar enhancements.

Geoffroy Lefebvre, CEO of zooplus SE, highlighted the benefits of the partnership.
