According to the *Daily Mail*, on the evening of April 6, a resident of a Sydney suburb won 200,000 Australian dollars (around 66 million tenge) in the lottery. When officials called to inform him of the win, his daughter answered the phone—but dismissed the call as a scam and hung up. **"She came to me and said she'd just gotten a strange call and didn't believe what they told her,"** the man recounted. He rushed to a local news agency, where staff confirmed that he was indeed the winner. **"I had no idea what to do or how to react. These things don't usually happen to people like me. It's an enormous amount of money, so I'm still in shock,"** he admitted. The man said he already has a few ideas for how to spend the windfall. He plans to share it with his family and spoil his children, as well as take several trips. For now, the lucky winner is celebrating with a festive breakfast for the whole family.
