Yekaterinburg Celebrates Women with Expert Tips and Cultural Showcase on March 8

A special television programme, Women’s Little Secrets, will air in Yekaterinburg on March 8 at 10:00 AM. The broadcast aims to celebrate the women and girls of the region with expert advice, cultural highlights, and practical tips for daily life. The show will feature a range of experts addressing topics relevant to female viewers. An obstetrician-gynaecologist from City Clinical Hospital No. 6 will discuss women’s health, while a psychologist will guide viewers on creating a 'wish map' to turn dreams into reality. A fitness instructor will also share budget-friendly ways to stay in shape.

Representatives of indigenous peoples from across the Urals and Russia will appear in video greetings. The Avars, Bashkirs, Kumyks, Mari, Mordvins, Tatars, Russians, and Chuvash will each showcase elements of their cultural traditions. These segments have been prepared by the region’s leading TV channel, OTV. The programme promises to cover timeless subjects, ensuring broad appeal for its audience.
