Potawatomi Casino's £100M Renovation Adds Gaming, Dining and Rock & Brews by 2023

Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley is undergoing a major £100 million renovation. The project, set to finish by spring 2023, will transform over 120,000 square feet of space on the casino’s third floor. New gaming options, dining experiences, and entertainment venues are all part of the upgrade plan. The renovation will introduce more than 1,800 slot machines and 12 table games, along with a dedicated high-limit room. The gaming floor will also feature updated cashier stations, a new Fire Keeper’s Club booth, and modern, upscale decor.

Food and drink options are expanding too. A full-service Starbucks Coffee will open, alongside three new quick-service food and beverage stations. A craft bar with a stage and gourmet kitchen will provide live music and dining, while a gift shop and additional entertainment spaces will enhance the guest experience. One of the standout additions is Rock & Brews, a restaurant and bar founded by KISS members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. The venue will host live music performances, adding to the casino’s entertainment appeal. I-5 Design Build, Inc. is leading the architectural work, with Gilbane Building Service and Greenfire Management Services serving as general contractors. Dominic Ortiz, CEO of Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, explained that the project aims to keep the property as the region’s top entertainment destination.

The completed renovation will bring a wider range of gaming, dining, and live entertainment to visitors. With new attractions like Rock & Brews and expanded amenities, the casino expects to draw more guests once the upgrades are finished in spring 2023.
