High-stakes gambler and poker professional Sean Perry has publicly accused two well-known figures in the poker world of running illegal gambling operations. His claims target Jason Mercier, a fellow poker pro, and Dylan Gang, described as Mercier’s silent business partner. Perry’s allegations include cheating, illegal betting, and even links to paid escort services. Perry took to social media to urge Mercier and others to admit their involvement in what he called 'highly illegal things.' He directly accused Mercier of operating an 'illegal bookie shop' and Gang of hosting 'high-stakes illegal poker games.' The accusations went further when Perry claimed Gang’s poker setup included escort girls that players could pay for sex.
He also alleged that Mercier and Gang tried to steal millions of dollars in expected value (EV) from him over time. According to Perry, Gang supplied him with 'sharp info'—inside knowledge—to ensure long-term betting success. The two reportedly placed sports bets together, with single wagers reaching up to $500,000.
To amplify his message, Perry even set aside money to reward social media users who shared his post about the alleged scheme. So far, Mercier has not issued an official response to the claims.
