Plymouth Gin Debuts Honey-Infused Spirit for Cocktail Lovers in the U.S.

Plymouth Gin has unveiled a new flavoured expression, Plymouth Honey, now available in the U.S. This latest release builds on the brandโ€™s long history of producing London dry gin at its Black Friars distillery in Plymouth, England.

The new gin is designed specifically for cocktails, offering a distinct twist on the classic spirit. Plymouth Honey combines a sweet, sun-warmed honey aroma with traditional juniper and herbal notes. On the palate, it delivers flavours of honey, vanilla, and citrus. Unlike some honey-infused spirits, this gin uses natural honey flavouring rather than actual honey.

The brand has also introduced a limited-edition Plymouth Honey Cocktail Courier Kit, priced at $100. Each kit includes a 750-ml bottle of Plymouth Honey, honey syrup, lemon juice, dehydrated lemon wheels, and a recipe card. Additional items feature a pollinator seed packet and a honey-scented candle.

Plymouth Honey is now on sale at select retailers and online platforms like ReserveBar. A standard 750-ml bottle retails for $37, making it an accessible option for cocktail enthusiasts. The launch of Plymouth Honey expands the brandโ€™s portfolio with a cocktail-focused gin. Its honey-infused flavour profile and accompanying kit provide a new way to enjoy the historic spirit. The product is available now across the U.S. market.
