Neapolitan Legend Concettina ai Tre Santi Pops Up in Rome's Luxury Scene
A beloved Neapolitan pizzeria is bringing its famous flavours to Rome for a limited time. Concettina ai Tre Santi, a legendary name since 1951, will take over The St. Regis hotel’s Lumen Garden space from Wednesday until May 20. The pop-up promises a mix of Naples’ and Rome’s culinary traditions, all while supporting a local youth charity.
Founded by the Oliva family in 1951, Concettina ai Tre Santi has long been celebrated for its gourmet pizzas made with traditional ingredients. Now, the pizzeria is stepping into Rome’s luxury scene by transforming The St. Regis’ garden into a lively dining spot. The temporary revamp will mirror the warmth and rustic charm of its original Naples location.
The pop-up will serve lunch and dinner daily, with a menu blending signature dishes like *La Margherita* and *La Costiera* with a new creation: a pizza topped with Rome’s classic *amatriciana* sauce. Evenings will also feature live music and DJ sets, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Behind the scenes, the collaboration follows Archive Srl’s 2023 acquisition of a 47.5 percent stake in Concettina ai Tre Santi. The investment firm, controlled by Ou(r) Group, has been expanding its food industry portfolio, including a 40 percent stake in Michelin-starred Da Vittorio Group-Vicook earlier this year. Their first food venture was a 40 percent share in Langosteria Holding Srl back in 2018. Part of the pop-up’s proceeds will go to Casa dei Cristallini, a community group supporting young people in Rome’s Rione Sanità neighbourhood.
The partnership between Concettina ai Tre Santi and The St. Regis offers Romans and visitors a chance to taste Neapolitan classics with a Roman twist. The event also highlights the pizzeria’s growth under Archive Srl’s investment while giving back to the local community. Reservations are now open for the two-week culinary experience.
