Bloomberry Resorts to Build $144M Casino Resort in Cavite, Philippines
Bloomberry Resorts Corporation is expanding its presence in the Philippines with plans for a third major property. The company aims to develop a world-class casino resort in Cavite, just south of Manila. This new project will include a hotel, commercial spaces, residential areas, and a golf course. The resort will be built on 2,797,768 square meters of land in Paniman, Ternate, Cavite. Bloomberry has agreed to purchase the site for $51 per square meter, bringing the total land cost to around $144 million. A newly formed subsidiary, Solaire Entertainment Property Holdings Inc (SEPHI), will manage the acquisition.
Bloomberry is also finalising another project, Solaire North, in Quezon City. Beyond the Philippines, the company operates properties in Jeju Island, South Korea. The new Cavite resort aligns with Bloomberry’s strategy to boost the casino and tourism sectors in the region.
Additionally, the company plans to invest in Clark Grand Leisure Corp. and Lapulapu Leisure, Inc., both subsidiaries of PH Travel and Leisure. These moves reflect Bloomberry’s broader expansion goals in the Philippine leisure and gaming industry. The Cavite development will mark Bloomberry’s third major property in the Philippines. Once completed, the resort is expected to attract tourists and strengthen the local economy. The company continues to focus on large-scale projects in key locations across the country.
