Perfect for those who aim to: - Identify new affiliates and reactivate inactive partners; - Execute marketing activities to promote the affiliate program (including online/offline events); - Prepare promotional assets (banners, copy, screenshots); - Monitor competitors' campaigns and promotions; - Maintain regular communication with affiliates and share product/program updates; - Monitor partner performance and activity (including transaction checks and fraud risks); - Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines; - Verify accurate tracking and reporting; - Initiate new campaigns, promotions, and bonus offers; - Resolve operational, financial, technical, and compliance issues; - Analyze affiliate performance and collaborate with analytics for reporting.

Experience you'll need to bring: - 1 year+ of experience in affiliate marketing or related role; - Experience in LATAM local markets and SEO; - Understanding of the market (betting/gambling); - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets; - Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU); - Knowledge of the basics of web analytics.
