Trupanion seeks bilingual pet insurance specialists in Europe
Trupanion, a leading provider of pet medical insurance in North America and a new entrant in Europe, is hiring a Sales and Customer Care Specialist. The company aims to support responsible pet owners by helping them budget for their pets’ healthcare needs. The role will serve as the main point of contact for customers and partners in the region. The position is full-time with flexible working hours, including occasional Saturdays. Candidates must speak fluent English and have professional-level skills in either German or French. At least two years of experience in customer-facing roles and a track record in phone sales are required.
The specialist will listen to pet owners, provide tailored recommendations, and explain the benefits of Trupanion’s insurance plans. Handling sensitive situations with empathy and care will be a key part of the job. Trupanion offers a collaborative and informal work environment where pets are welcome in the office.
