The authorities in Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia, confirmed this after an autopsy on Monday morning. The police and prosecutor's office haven't shared any details on the injuries or cause of death yet. The victim's identity remains unclear, along with her origin.
Dr. Tobias Schuelken, the state prosecutor, stated, "The autopsy didn't reveal the woman's identity. However, the forensic pathologists managed to narrow down the time of her death. We know she was killed between Saturday night and Sunday morning."

Due to the inability to identify her and no progress in the investigation by comparing with open missing person reports, the police have now shared a description of the deceased and are seeking tips (Tel. 02331/9862066).
The deceased woman stood at 1.64 meters tall, was slim, and was between 35 and 45 years old. She had a distinctive characteristic:
One of her left ring finger's fingernails was missing, and the nail on her middle finger next to it was deformed. This woman had red shoulder-length hair.
What happened to the woman in Ennepetal?
The woman was out for a stroll with her dog on Sunday afternoon around 3:00 pm when she stumbled upon the body. The body was found around 150 meters from Holthauser Talstraße in Ennepetal (North Rhine-Westphalia).
This location, not in the winding roads with low traffic, outside the settlements, was not visible from the road. There weren't any pedestrians or cyclists during that time. The crime scene investigation gathered evidence until late Sunday evening.
