Kemmer diverted funds totaling 26,000 euros from her party's trust account and an additional 7,000 euros from an association account to her personal checking account, subsequently depositing the money into an online casino in the Netherlands.
Trial Against Kemmer Postponed for Third Time
The trial against Kemmer has been pushed back for the third time. The first hearing was halted due to a lawyer's illness. The second hearing was disrupted when a fresh judge, needing to familiarize herself with the case, was assigned.
