The European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) applauds the EU's proposed establishment of a universal electronic identification method. The European digital identity (e-ID) would obligate EU member states to furnish their citizens with a digital ID card.
Digital ID provides chance for online verification

European Gaming and Betting Association: Responsibilities and functions of the EGBA
