Swift Advancement in Hard Rock Bristol Construction, Anticipating Early Summer 2024 Inauguration.

Opting for a laid-back, effortless narrative, here's a reworded version of the provided text:

When the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol project began its construction on the permanent resort site in early December 2022, executives mentioned that it'd take around 18 months to finish. This timeline hasn't deviated about halfway into the process.

In July 2022, Hard Rock Bristol launched a provisional gaming spot in the former Bristol Mall. Called the "Bristol Casino - Future Home of Hard Rock," this interim casino has breathed life into sales expectations and even added more gaming terminals to cater to the surge in demand.

Hard Rock International, owned and managed by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, is refurbishing the mall into a Hard Rock casino. They're also erecting a six-story, 303-room hotel alongside the mall, which includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, and a convention center. The next phase of construction will introduce a second hotel tower with approximately 500 rooms and more resort perks.

Rapid Progression

The total indoor space of the initial phase of the resort, including 303 hotel accommodations, will cover roughly 662,000 square feet. The casino will span around 90,000 square feet with 2,700 slot machines, 100 live dealer table games, and a Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook.

Despite the national staffing challenges, Hard Rock and its construction allies successfully maintain the pace.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Bristol is undergoing a swift construction process, with a massive structure visible from the road," noted Bristol Mayor Neal Osborne. "This is truly exhilarating for our city."

“During the previous year or so, we've observed the remarkable effect Hard Rock has exerted on Bristol, encompassing a tourism boom, increased taxes for the entire region, and giving to local charities," Osborne applauded.

Hard Rock's temporary casino brings in close to $14 million a month from wagerers. Bristol, as the lucky host city, pockets 6% of the casino's monthly gross gaming revenue (GGR). This local share is roughly $840,000 a month.

The local share will swell next summer upon the opening of the permanent casino. At present, the transitional gaming space houses 908 slots and 29 tables.

Musical Roots

As expected, Hard Rock will pay tribute to its legacy in appreciating music at its Bristol location. Along with a Hard Rock Cafe featuring regular performances by local musicians, the resort will sport an indoor 3,200-seat Hard Rock Live venue and an outdoor amphitheater with capacity for 20,000 people.

Bristol, the twin city sharing its name with Bristol, TN, with the boundary running down Main Street's middle, is hailed as the "Birthplace of Country Music" per a US Congress resolution in 1998. This is due to record producer Ralph Peet's 1920s sessions that he stated captured the traditional “folk” sound of the area.

Peet is famed for his recordings of Fiddlin’ John Carson’s rendition of "The Little Old Log Cabin in the Lane." This rendition of the song by Will Hays in 1871 is often acknowledged as among the initial commercial recordings of what later became "country music."

Hard Rock Bristol will also showcase a range of country music artifacts, showcasing treasures from greats like Hank Williams, Buck Owens, Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, and Garth Brooks.
