New Gosuslugi Dom app simplifies utility management for apartment residents
Residents of apartment buildings can now resolve utility issues through a new digital service—part of the national project "Data Economy."
Earlier, the messaging platform introduced building-wide chats to facilitate communication between residents and property management companies. The new functionality marks the next stage in this initiative and is now being actively rolled out across the region.
"Building chats are becoming a key tool in digitizing housing and utilities in Krasnodar Krai," said Denis Sorokaletov, Minister of Fuel, Energy, and Housing for the region. "They allow residents to quickly address everyday concerns, improve transparency in how management companies operate, and ensure oversight of response times and service quality. Implementing these services is a step toward more convenient and transparent interactions between residents and utility providers."
In the initial phase, users can log in via their verified Gosuslugi (State Services) account, view property details, submit meter readings, file requests with their management company, and join their building's chat, according to the regional administration's press service.
The chatbot, marked with a special icon, features a mini-app with pre-set interaction scenarios.
To date, over 14,400 building chats are already active in the region, with user numbers continuing to grow. To access the functions, residents need to open their building's chat and switch to the "Gosuslugi Dom" (State Services Home) chatbot, where the mini-app is available. An expanded version of the Gosuslugi Dom app has been updated and is accessible via link.
The Gosuslugi Dom app is available for download on RuStore, AppStore, Google Play, and AppGallery.
