High Stakes DB recently released a biographical series called The Making of Viktor Blom. The online publication explored the life and career of the well-known poker player. However, two chapters have now been taken down following legal concerns. The series originally included five chapters detailing Blom’s rise in high-stakes poker. After publication, Blom filed a privacy complaint against the website. He argued that parts of the content were inaccurate and could harm his reputation.

High Stakes DB reviewed the claim and agreed that chapters 4 and 5 contained disputed information. The site removed both sections to address Blom’s concerns. In a statement, the publishers admitted the deleted material might have negatively affected the player’s public image. The biographical series remains available, though now without the contested chapters. High Stakes DB has not indicated whether the removed content will be revised or republished. Blom’s complaint highlights ongoing tensions between public storytelling and personal privacy in online media.
