In a series of events that transpired over the past few days, several incidents have been reported across Reutlingen and its surrounding areas.

On Monday morning, a dispute between two acquaintances took place in Karlstraße, Reutlingen. The altercation resulted in a 34-year-old man allegedly causing a head injury to a 39-year-old man with a knife, around 10:40 AM. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle, which was later found and he was temporarily arrested. Both individuals were taken to the hospital for further treatment.

Later in the day, a traffic accident occurred in Hofgartenstraße, Hechingen. A pedestrian sustained minor injuries in the incident. The 39-year-old victim was taken to a clinic by the rescue service due to his injuries. The Criminal Investigation Department Reutlingen is currently asking for witness statements.

In a separate incident, a vehicle fire occurred in the Undingen district on Sunday evening in Robert-Bosch-Straße. The vehicle, a black VW Polo, was parked in an unlocked underground garage and was almost completely burned out, resulting in a total economic damage of around 30,000 euros.

On Sunday afternoon, a 37-year-old motorcyclist was stopped by the Esslingen traffic police. The motorcyclist was found to be riding a Kawasaki Z1000 between Neckartailfingen and Neckarhausen. The traffic police found that the rear tire was worn out and that technical modifications had been made to the bike, leading to the revocation of the operating permit for the bike.

In another incident, a 34-year-old man was arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle. A black VW Polo was stolen between Wednesday, 7 PM, and Sunday, 2:30 PM, in the Wennfelder Garden. The estimated value of the car is around 8,000 euros.

It was also reported that a 39-year-old man was driving a BMW at high speed and overtaking eight vehicles in a row despite the no-passing zone. He was driving the vehicle in a reckless manner, resulting in the vehicle being almost completely burned out. The further journey was therefore prohibited.

The incidents serve as a reminder to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activities to the authorities. The investigations are ongoing and further updates will be provided as they become available.
