Chaotic Scene at Schools: Multiple Disruptions Cause Hefty Damage, Brawl Erupts, Police Officers Assaulted and Abused
In the past week, several unusual incidents have taken place in Reutlingen and its surrounding areas, as reported by the Police Headquarters Reutlingen via news aktuell.
Alcohol-Related Arrest and Police Threats in Altbach
A 63-year-old individual was taken into custody in Altbach after being found heavily intoxicated and disruptive. The individual later insulted and threatened police officers with unquotable words and attempted to kick a police officer. The police station in Münsingen has initiated investigations and secured extensive traces of the yet unidentified perpetrators at the scene.
Vandalism in Schools and Public Buildings
Last week, a school on Schulstraße in St. Johann-Würtingen was vandalized and damaged, causing at least 8,000 euros in material damage. Between Wednesday and Friday, an unknown perpetrator or perpetrators gained access to a building in Nonnengasse and attempted to break in, causing substantial property damage (€15,000).
Traffic Accidents and Investigations
A traffic accident occurred in Pfullingen's Market Street between a cyclist and a car driver, resulting in the cyclist sustaining serious injuries. Arriving patrol units found approximately 50 people in the garden of a residential building at the location, but most of the visitors were unknown to the 18-year-old resident who had only invited around 10 to 15 people.
Public Order Incidents
A physical altercation occurred outside a pub in Kirchheim unter Teck, resulting in a 32-year-old man sustaining minor injuries and numerous facial injuries. A 20-year-old at a party was not cooperative and was found to have over 1.5 promille of alcohol in his system.

The Reutlingen-West Police Post has taken over the investigation regarding the 27-year-old. The Tübingen Traffic Police are investigating a 37-year-old man who was stopped for a traffic check in the area of Reutlingen's South Station for reckless driving and driving without a license.

A 27-year-old man approached an 8-year-old girl and her mother on a bus from Wannweil to Reutlingen, but was prevented from contacting her by another male passenger.
