A teenage boy, aged 14, had a mishap while cycling on the streets of Bentwisch in Rostock district recently. In an attempt to make his way through several lanes of congested traffic, he made a risky move from the sidewalk into the road. Unfortunately, he didn't notice a 23-year-old woman attempting to turn, colliding with her vehicle. The force of the collision sent the boy flying into the windshield, shattering the glass.
Bystanders witnessed the incident and claimed that the boy immediately rose to his feet, expressing his apologies to the woman. His injuries were limited to discomfort in his knee and bottom, which prompted medical personnel to transport him to the intensive care unit at Rostock University Hospital for further observation. Authorities have launched an investigation into the matter.
