A 33-year-old man was violently assaulted as he walked his dog. - Young lawbreakers may not be imprisoned.

It's astonishing how three youths, who have been interrogated by law enforcement officers multiple times, are still free.

Basically, these teens exhibited brutality, but it seems they're too young for incarceration. Additionally, the most severe assaults on the victim's head were categorized as "not intended to kill."

The prosecutor's office of Magdeburg is currently analyzing a new arrest petition as the investigation unfolds.

Police have footage of the crime
