Does depression lead to alcohol relapses? - Worry for GNTM model Sara Kulka is high.

In a recent internet video, a 33-year-old woman revealed her struggles with mental health. She appeared tired, spoke vaguely, and had slurred speech.

"I'm weary, I might be on the brink of an anxiety attack"

The video, concerning for fans, featured Sara with messy hair and glazed-over eyes. "I'm being honest, I'm utterly drained," she says. "I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack when I lie down, my thoughts are racing, and I'm apprehensive about depression returning."

Her subsequent words were strained to decipher: "I hope I can grasp it soon..."

Sara Kulka is open about her mental health problems, suffered from depression for years

Many viewers questioned if she had been drinking again. She had bravely shared her struggles with alcohol addiction and mental health issues before, and had sought treatment for years.

Sara confirms: I'm sober!

The reason for her shaky appearance, however, was sleep deprivation. "I may have appeared that way due to insufficient sleep over the past few weeks, but I'm making up for it now," explains the 33-year-old. Most recently, her two daughters were ill, and then she herself.

Just yesterday, Sara seemed more rested. She attributed her renewed energy to CBD oil and melatonin, which had allowed her to sleep for a full eight hours. "I'm back to normal now," the Leipzig model asserted.
