The city of Karlsdorf-Neuthard. - Woman assaulted with shattered bottle (57 years old)
At approximately 12:05 p.m., a woman in a supermarket parking lot encountered a man wearing a scarf. The woman attempted to inquire about the scarf covering the suspect's face, and in response, he hit her on the thigh with what's believed to be a broken bottle, possibly used as a weapon. The attacker made his escape towards Bruchsaler Straße.
After sustaining a minor injury, the victim was transported to the hospital for medical attention. Although law enforcement promptly launched a search for the suspect, they were unsuccessful in identifying him.
The man was described by the victim and witnesses as a person aged between 25 to 30 with an appearance suggesting dark skin. He was seen donning a thick black winter coat and a scarf, both of which were noticeably filthy. His overall appearance seemed unkempt.
The Karlsdorf-Neuthard police station is currently handling the investigation and requests that anyone with relevant information regarding the incident contact the Bruchsal police station at 07251 726-0.
