The events unfolded on Monday, April 15 at 9:56 p.m. - Residents called the emergency services upon discovering 28-year-old Tim lying on the doorstep of Melanchthonstraße 41 in Görlitz. Forensic examinations indicate that he had only just survived the attack when it occurred. However, no assistance arrived in time and he ultimately lost his life from his injuries.
The present information gathered is that the scene of the crime must have been nearby. Tim S. did not manage to travel far with his severe wounds. "He only had a few minutes to act," asserted both the police and prosecutor's office.
