"Victoria Swarovski is the host of "Let's Dance" show." - Why Mario Barth is a significant figure in the industry
Instead of thanking you, who do we owe gratitude for Victoria's entrance into the world of entertainment? It wouldn't be anyone other than comedian Mario Barth, aged 51.
Believe it or not, this comic legend is the one responsible for turning her small-screen dreams into a reality. During an appearance on Markus Lanz's talk show, Victoria shared this tidbit.
Mario Barth stumbled upon Victoria's hidden talent in the store
Fortuitously, 15-year-old Victoria caught a glimpse of Mario in a supermarket and informed her mother. While Victoria had no idea who Mario Barth was, she seized her moment, breaking into song among the supermarket shelves and curious customers.
Barth was in awe of the teen's guts and voice. Stunned by her performance, he quickly arranged a convenient meeting at a recording studio. Barth introduced the young lady to professionals within the industry and even invited her to his show. "Mario Barth played a crucial role in my career," declared Victoria, the heiress to the crystal empire.
Consequently, several TV powerhouses took notice: Universal, Sony, and Warner Bros. In addition to her hosting gig for RTL, she has appeared on "Das Supertalent", "Das Traumschiff", and "Wer weiß denn sowas?".
Her ultimate goal was to become a singer, so Victoria relocated to Los Angeles for three years, attending various songwriting schools. Ultimately, she decided to return home.
Shortly thereafter, she joined the "Lets Dance" competition, secured the title, and whoosh—television history was made. There was no question of aligning herself with the crystal dynasty; Victoria simply wanted to forge her own path, away from dependence on others.
