Over eleven metric tons found on a Berlin roadway. - What's the reason for all this trash being here?
At approximately eleven tons of garbage, a BSR refuse truck can accommodate its contents. One Saturday morning, the occupants encountered a troubling scenario - a blazing inferno within the compartment. The fire department got the call at 7:40 am.
Noticing a thick plume of smoke, the truck's crew decided to take action. They initiated a controlled tipping process to evacuate the burning waste so as to minimize any potential harm to the drivers, the truck itself, and bystanders.
Two engines from Berlin's fire department were swiftly dispatched to combat this fiery menace.
As per a BSR representative, "The police are currently examining the origin of the fire."
With the combustible material now cleared, normal traffic could resume along the road.
