Voting records of US senators on the $95 billion foreign aid bill

A package passed with a 79-18 bipartisan vote, combining four bills approved by the US House on Saturday, allocates close to $61 billion for Ukraine. There's also over $26 billion allocated for the Israel–Hamas conflict, including $15 billion for Israeli military aid, $9 billion in humanitarian assistance for Gaza, and $2.4 billion for regional US military operations.

The act includes a rule that might lead to TikTok being taken off American app stores unless its Chinese parent company, ByteDance, sells the video sharing platform within nine months.

The bill passed with the backing of 46 Democrats, 31 Republicans, and 2 independents. The voting process lasted for hours, featuring speeches by senators. Meanwhile, two Democrats, 15 Republicans, and one independent voted against it. Three Republicans, Rand Paul from Kentucky, Tim Scott from South Carolina, and Tommy Tuberville from Alabama, didn't participate in the voting.
