Vegas Restaurant Roundup: Vegas Spot Named Best New American Restaurant of 2023 by Yelp
Anima by EDO has been named the best new restaurant in America for 2023 by Yelp, the platform announced Wednesday. The Spanish-fusion restaurant topped the list of 25 restaurants in 14 states.
The winners — all of which were open between Jan. 1, 2022 and Aug. 7, 2023, and had a passing health rating as of Aug. 7 — were ranked based on factors such as total volume and review ratings, according to Yelp of.
Anima by Edo opened in January 2022 at 9205 Russell Road in Southwest Las Vegas from former James Beard Award finalist Chef Oscar Amador.
Also on the Yelp list is Martha Stewart's Paris Las Vegas attraction The Bedford, ranked No. 22.

In other Yelp ranking news, the 2023 list of the best cheeseburgers by state notes that Nevada is served not by a burger joint but by Cosmopolitan's Eggslut.
