His road to becoming a national figure - Uncovering the dietary guidelines of an 96-year-old celebrity.

Bright Arrey-Mbi (21) is becoming a standout player for Hannover 96 in the second division under coach Stefan Leilt (46). His talent, hard work, and a focus on nutrition are keys to his success.

It's not just about avoiding sweets. In fact, the "food coach" had Arrey-Mbi undergo a DNA test to determine any intolerances. This allowed for a personalized list of what foods are good and bad for his body.

These efforts paid off as he has started in 27 games this season, only sitting out once for 90 minutes. More recently, he's been called up to the U21 team by coach Antonio Di Salvo (44).

So far, Arrey-Mbi has played in five matches for the German national squad. There's also a chance he could represent Germany in the U21 European Championship if they qualify.

He's already reached a significant milestone, expressing his joy in being selected for the team by stating, "Being called up for the U21 national team is the biggest success of my career. I'm incredibly grateful for that. I'm excited and have always dreamed of progressing in this way."

As Hannover 96 prepares for their final Bundesliga 2 match against Holstein Kiel on Sunday, Arrey-Mbi and his teammates will strive for one more win.
