Why didn't they make an appearance? - Two swans found on the Bayern property.
FC Bayern Munich has faced numerous challenges this season, including losing their Bundesliga championship title to Bayer Leverkusen after 11 consecutive wins. They also failed to win any trophies in the DFB Cup or Champions League in the recent season. Moreover, the search for a new coach to replace the departed Thomas Tuchel has been dragging on for weeks.
But on Friday, the Bavarian club encountered a unique problem: a swan alarm at their training facility!
The incident occurred when Kingsley Coman (27), Bryan Zaragoza (22), Sacha Boey (23), Aleksandar Pavlovic (20), and Raphaël Guerreiro (30) were preparing for their individual sessions. Employees at Bayern's training facility spotted two swans on the field. However, due to the high fences around the training area, the swans were unable to leave the grounds. The club could not leave them there permanently, as the urban environment would not be suitable for them.
To keep the swans hydrated, Bayern provided them with a bucket of water, hoping they would find their way out of the facility. The swans remained on the field for the entire training session, observing the players from a short distance.
Despite being an unusual situation, the swans ultimately explored the area and eventually left the grounds. Bayern Munich's staff and players certainly had a memorable experience with their feathery visitors.
