Arrested in Bayern. - Tuchel is removing items from his coaching office.
Thomas Tuchel, who is 50 years old, made his way back to FC Bayern's training ground on a Tuesday morning. He had been priorly sacked from his position and had vacated his coaching office on Säbener Strasse.
At exactly 10:04 a.m., Tuchel emerged from the underground parking garage in his black Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron.
Here's Tuchel packing up his office at Bayern!
An employee from the team management was waiting at the roller shutter door with the label "Säbener Str.". Maciej Jagiellowicz, previously responsible for the security of the professional team, aided Tuchel in transporting his belongings behind the shutter.
All the items were loaded from Tuchel's office onto the back seat and into the trunk of the vehicle.
The Bayern employee then drove Tuchel's car back to the underground parking area that was accessible to players, coaches, and executives. With that, Tuchel's journey at Bayern came to an end.
During Whit Sunday, Tuchel was bade farewell at a clandestine end-of-season party held at the Käfer restaurant in Munich's chic PrinzregentenstraÃe.
Max Eberl, the head of sport at Bayern, presented him with a bouquet of red and white flowers along with a collage containing photos of the coach and a jersey displaying all his signatures. Christoph Freund, the sporting director, offered some kind words to mark his departure.
Tuchel stayed at the family brunch for nearly four and a half hours. He left alongside Freund and Arno Michels, his assistant coach, while Uli Hoeneß, the honorary president, had been heading home for longer than two hours.
Tuchel, who had been with Bayern for 423 days (approximately 15 months), swept away the last-minute championship title in 2023, experienced a title-less 2024 season (the first since 2012), and was even involved in a major dismissal scandal, still appeared calm and unperturbed as he left on his bike.
Two days later, Tuchel revisited Säbener Strasse to gather his belongings. However, this time his demeanor was noticeably more somber.
