Tribal Casino Introduces Cashless Gaming System for First Time
Acres Manufacturing has recently launched its Cashless Casino technology on all slots machines at the Rolling Hills Casino & Resort in Corning, California. This innovation permits cashless wagering on any machine, regardless of the manufacturer.
Cashless Casino is currently operational in 11 states, with Nevada set to be the next on the list when an unspecified casino in the Silver State showcases Acres Manufacturing's next installation within two months. Rolling Hills was the first tribal casino to introduce Cashless Casino.
Antonio Perez, Rolling Hills' GM, stated in a release by Acres Manufacturing, "Adapting to changing player preferences and useful technological advancements is now a must in the casino industry." The response from the players has been remarkable.
The system, which was named the 2023 Product Innovation of the Year by Gaming America, enables casino operators to connect their slots and table games to a digital wallet or payment processor of their choice.
The casino's mobile app is used by players to connect with a Bluetooth card reader positioned on every game on the casino floor.
Noah Acres, Acres Manufacturing's CEO, remarked in their statement, "Cashless gaming is proven to boost casino revenue by providing players with additional funding options, resulting in them visiting the casino more frequently and spending more time there."
