Eccentric pair uncovers mysteries - Thomas Müller hangs out with a rapper.
FC Bayern player Thomas Müller (34) posted a photo on Instagram from a concert he attended with rapper Apache (26). Müller's post reads, "Thanks for having us" in German.
How did these two different individuals, a rapper from Mannheim and a Bavarian footballer, meet?
The photo shows Müller and Apache, both with big smiles on their faces, arm in arm. Apache recently performed in Munich, gathering a crowd of thousands in the Olympiahalle. Müller and his wife Lisa were also present at the concert, watching from the stands. In the picture, they appear like great friends. Müller even lifts his fist towards the camera.
Recently, DFB coach Julian Nagelsmann (36) defended Müller's placement at the European Championship with the comment, "Thomas can work with both the rappers and the yodelers in the team." This photo is further proof of Müller's ability to connect with various personalities.
Amidst the disappointing season with Bayern, Müller shared a light-hearted video of himself playing golf on Instagram. Former ski star and teammate Felix Neureuther (40) joined him. Müller seems to be in a better mood as he prepares for the European Championships.
Before the Apache concert, Müller ended the day with an extra training session, his focus set on the upcoming European Championships. Of his anticipation for the event, Müller said, "Bayern's season is officially over. The home European Championship is just around the corner, and I'm incredibly excited to experience a fantastic soccer event in our country - not only as a player on the pitch but also as a soccer fan."
