Gabriel Kelly's Perspective - The "Let's Dance" earnings are what he intends to use.
Gabriel Kelly, a 22-year-old dance enthusiast, emerged as the winner of "Dancing Star 2024" and expressed his extraordinary joy following his "Let's Dance" victory on RTL (and RTL+). In an exclusive conversation with Frauke Ludowig after the event, he declared his intention to continue his journey on the dance floor.
Exploring Bremen for more dance sessions
During the interview, Gabriel revealed his plans to meet with his dance partner, Malika Dzumaev (33), in Bremen for some extra lessons. Although he acknowledged the steep cost, Gabriel announced he would use his winnings to cover the expenses. The extent of his growth during their three-month partnership left viewers in awe, and the highly rated Kelly spoke about the strong connection they shared. Dzumaev, 33, echoed his sentiments, claiming, "This season was very special for me. I'll never forget all the beautiful moments with Gabriel."
Gabriel's partnership with Dzumaev became more than just a dance duo. He held a deep appreciation for her, saying the friendship they formed was the most significant outcome of the show. Dzumaev reciprocated the sentiment, thanking Gabriel for trusting her implicitly as a dance partner and teammate.
Victory against the samba challenge
Tackling the samba was the most difficult part of the final for the ecstatic Kelly. After successfully seeing it through, he shared proudly, "We will keep on dancing like this. With the same freedom and with a head free of distractions. Just us on the dance floor facing no one but ourselves-the highs and lows of it all led us here."
Kelly shared his heartfelt gratitude towards his fans via Instagram: "Amazing! Thanks to everyone who has called in and wished me luck. We've reached the moon and back!"
