The final referee for Dortmund's game is now public.

The Champions League final is set for June 1, with Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid facing off at 9 p.m. The referee for this highly anticipated match has been announced by UEFA - 44-year-old Slavko Vincic will officiate.

It's official!

A positive sign for BVB. The Slovenian, who's also refereeing at the Euro 2024 in Germany, had already led the quarter-final second leg between BVB and Atlético Madrid (4:2) in Dortmund's win. Vincic provided a solid presence throughout the entire match.

This will be his second UEFA club final - he'd previously refereed the 2021 Europa League final between Eintracht Frankfurt and Glasgow Rangers, where the Hessians took home the trophy on penalties.

The referee for the other German-involved final has been confirmed too. Romanian Istvan Kovacs (39) will manage the Europa League final between German champs Bayer Leverkusen and Atalanta Bergamo in Dublin on May 22 at 9 PM. Kovacs will also be at the Euros in Germany, and this will be his second final for a club competition.

The last match in the Conference League between Olympiakos Piraeus and AC Florence on May 29 at 9 PM in Athens will see Portuguese referee Artur Soares Dias taking charge. Female British referee Rebecca Welch will officiate the women's Champions League final in Bilbao, Spain on May 25 at 6 PM, where FC Barcelona and Olympique Lyon will face off.
