The caliphate was demanded, and that marked the end.

Advocates demand a caliphate, a religious government where Sharia, Islamic law, prevails. It limits freedom of expression, religion, and individual liberties. Particularly for women. To justify this, they cite: our Constitution!

Over 2,300 Islamists gather for a protest in Hamburg. - The caliphate was demanded, and that marked the end.

Unusual? Crazy? It definitely is!

Apparently, around 2300 radical Islamists gathered for a protest in Hamburg the day before. And they saw themselves as one thing above all: victims! As victims of the German government, the media, or critical experts.

Theleader of the Stone Age Islamists is the student teacher Joe Adade Boateng (25), who has been banned from working as a teacher by the Hanseatic City of Hamburg due to his inflammatory language.

During the protest, he ranted, "They've turned us into enemies of the state, even though we've not broken any laws." Forgetting for a moment that the followers of the caliphate want to overthrow current laws and regulations. The Islamists only felt comfortable enough to publicly voice their opinions. As a symbol of this supposed oppression, many attendees held up signs saying "Censored."

The background: two weeks prior, a similar gathering took place with fewer restrictions. This time, those in charge prevented the right to question Israel's right to existence and discouraged calls for a caliphate formation. Boateng disregarded these restrictions. He encouraged, "Unite the Muslims in the Islamic world in a right-wing caliphate." Because he did not call for a theocracy in Germany, he probably cheated the system.

After he made the demand, the event was wrapped up.

Fun fact: not a single woman participated in the protest. Some female protesters stood completely veiled on the sidelines. A counter-protester dared to show up without veiling her face. Her sign read, "Allah, send brainless people from the sky!"
