Bayern Munich retaliates! - Supermodel blesses NBA champion Ibaka with good fortune

The basketball team from FC Bayern has retaliated in the quarter-finals of the Easycredit BBL play-offs!

In the second game of the best-of-five series against MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg, the team from Munich emerged victorious. The score was 83-67 (43:33) in their favor. The series now stands at 1-1.

Serge Ibaka (34), who is currently dating model Cindy Bruna (29), is said to have a lucky charm. Cindy was sitting in the stands at the sold-out BMW Park, cheering on her boyfriend.

The international supermodel, who often attends Bayern's games in Munich, is known for her measurements of 180 cm, 55 kg, 79-61-86.5 cm, and has walked runways for the likes of Victoria's Secret, Chanel, and Prada.

During a brief break between plays, Cindy took a moment to sit in her seat and cheer for her beau. Despite being surrounded by guests leaving before halftime, she remained seated, eagerly watching another one of Serge's moves.

The first quarter saw a score gap of 7-14 in favor of Ludwigsburg. Bayern struggled to find their rhythm, led by Andi Obst (27), Niels Giffey (32), and Isaac Bonga (24).

In his debut appearance, Jayvon Graves (MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg) was back in the lineup after sitting out the first game. With him on the court, the underdogs were brimming with confidence. But Bayern took the lead mere seconds before the end of the first quarter - 21:19.

Bayern found their groove in the second quarter, with Serge Ibaka taking a defensive stance, making it difficult for Ludwigsburg to reach the basket. For the first time, Bayern led by ten points in the middle of the second quarter (32:22). However, Ludwigsburg worked hard to close the gap before half-time, with Graves keeping them in the game.

In the second half, Bayern put on a stellar performance, leading by 20 points at some point. Their three-point percentage was almost 50%.

Bayern's star players proved too strong, with Carsen Edwards leading in scoring (21 points), Isaac Bonga shining with a double-double (18 points and 11 rebounds), and Ibaka dominating the basket area. Ludwigsburg managed to score nothing.

Following the victory, Serge Ibaka stated, "We were aggressive and needed to remain united. Ludwigsburg has a lot of confidence, now we have to stay focused."

Coach Josh King of MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg observed, "We simply need to score better if we want to beat Munich. We'll be back in 48 hours with home court advantage. The score is 1-1 - let's see what happens in Ludwigsburg."

Isaac Bonga talked about his hair, saying, "The decision was between blue and green; I've never had blue before. It's not complicated. We were sluggish in the first game; today we demonstrated our capabilities. Moving forward, we'll play with determination."

The next game is set for Wednesday (6:30 pm, live on DYN) in Ludwigsburg.
