Concern over Hertha BSC player - Struggling to Breathe for Dudziak: Osnabrück's Trainer Assists.

During the 40th minute, left-back Jeremy Dudziak (28) was compelled to exit the field. He was attended to on the sidelines before needing support from physiotherapist Jürgen Lange and Osnabrück's head coach Uwe Koschinat as they led him to the dressing room during half-time.

What's the situation?

There weren't any visible fouls committed earlier in the match.

According to Hertha's medical personnel, Dudziak experienced an allergic reaction. The left-back experienced difficulty breathing and was promptly removed from the field.

In the dressing room, he was given an oxygen mask, which aided his rapid recovery. Physiotherapist Lange remained in the locker room with Dudziak until halftime.

This is the final match for Hertha coach Pal Dardai

What an unexpected conclusion to Hertha's last game of the season - also the final one for coach Pal Dardai, whose contract will not be renewed.

Following Palko Dardai's (28) opening goal for Hertha in the 5th minute at Osnabrück, he would've desired a more joyful farewell. But relegated Osnabrück scored two more goals, one each by Lobinger and Wriedt, securing their exit from the 2nd division with a victory.

The Hertha fans yelled "relegated," while Osnabrück supporters chanted "Never again 1st division..."

Fortunately, one Hertha player could celebrate: Haris Tabakovic (29). The forward received the prize for the division's best goalscorer, with a total of 22 goals throughout the season.

However, he had to share the title with HSV striker Robert Glatzel and Düsseldorf attacker Christos Tzolis, who each netted three times in their final match to match Tabakovic's total.

Tabakovic's 2nd division top scorer recognition still makes him happy: "I need to acknowledge both of them. It's been a fierce battle throughout the season, with all three of us having a rocket in our homes. I'm now a two-time top scorer in a league, but this particular title in Germany is more crucial to me."
