Sphere Entertainment (NYSE: SPHR) announced Wednesday that Formula 1 will display live pole position during Saturday night's race, in addition to showcasing driver helmets and "customized podium moments to celebrate race winners." ".

The display will feature a map of all 20 drivers and their cars in a "larger than life" shape, according to F1. The sphere also transforms into a helmet for each rider and can serve as a selfie backdrop.
The company also announced that fans will have the opportunity to see their faces projected onto the sphere, but did not elaborate.
