The deceased are identified as Hanan Yablonka (42), Michel Nisenbaum (59), and Oryon Hernandez Radoux (30). They were discovered by Israeli Defense Forces troops, subsequently leading to their families receiving the tragic news. The army revealed that the three Israeli nationals were slain at a junction on the day of the violent event, and their corpses were later transported to Gaza.
As per The Times of Israel, Hernandez is the lover of Shani Louk (22), a different German female victim who met her demise. Hernandez, Yablonka, and Nisenbaum were also executed during their attempt to escape. Previously, there was no information on their fate.
Just last week, the remains of Shani Louk were retrieved by Israeli forces. Images of her lifeless body on a Hamas militant's pickup truck circulated globally.
Approximately 100 captives still endure captivity at the hands of Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip, and approximately 30 other captives are assumed to be deceased.
Talks regarding abducted female soldiers
Meanwhile, the Israeli government resolved to continue negotiations to free five female Israeli soldiers abducted on October 7th. This information was shared by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office on Thursday.
Concurrently, Netanyahu indicated Israel would persist in its battle against Hamas. The demand for Israel to carry on with these negotiations heightened significantly post the public disclosure of the abduction video.
The Israeli Hostage Families Forum disclosed the footage on Wednesday, illustrating the brutal capturing of five female Israeli soldiers from the Nachal Oz military base during Hamas' significant assault on Israel on October 7th.
In these clips, these young women, aged 19 and 20, are pictured cowering on the ground in their pajamas with their hands bound, displaying blood on their faces. At the conclusion of the video, they can be witnessed being driven away in a military vehicle by radical Islamists.
The video depicts "the violent, demeaning, and traumatic treatment the girls suffered on the day of their abduction, their eyes filled with terror," the Israeli Hostage Families Forum stated.
Hamas militants claimed over 1,200 lives in the October 7th attack. They kidnapped over 250 people. Roughly half of these hostages have since been set free.
