Monday holiday celebrated at city hall - Senate event honoring St. Pauli
"Credit where credit is due!"
The invitation from Mayor Peter Tschentscher (SPD) to St. Pauli's President Oke Göttlich states that it's been a nice custom for the Senate to acknowledge the exceptional accomplishments and triumphs of Hamburg sports associations with a Senate gathering at City Hall.
This event is set to occur on Whit Monday in the City Hall. Similarly to this, St. Pauli has planned a significant promotion celebration for the same day, which was originally declared as an "expression of support for democracy and club culture." The specifics of the celebrations remain under wraps, but they'll be unveiled shortly.
On Whit Sunday (3:30 pm, airing live on Sky), St. Pauli will compete in their final second division match against struggler SV Wehen Wiesbaden. Winning could also grant the title of champions.
