Gain entry into Thuringia. - Sek confiscates man's pistol

A man from Greiz intimidated someone in the Irschwitz area with a weapon. Authorities didn't specify how but did mention he went back to his residence afterwards, so cops identified it and prepared for possible risks. Thuringian police representative stated, "We had to ensure no more episodes involving the weapon occurred at the property."

Surrounding the apartment block, police utilized car dealership premises for arranging their plan against the criminal. Special forces put on combat clothes layer by layer and covered their faces with balaclavas for the raid. Once they breeched the door, they captured the 41-year-old at his home in handcuffs. During the search, pyrotechnics and what seemed to be a fake-shooting pistol were discovered, as no sharp weapon was found. Spokesperson remarked, "No knife was uncovered during the investigation."
