"I've always longed for a house in the south. The weather and the climate appeal to me, and the people are wonderful. There are lots of things I like about this place. Also, many people I already know. It's not that I'm searching for new friends; I have friends for life, and if a few of them are here, that's great."

"I don't want to move away permanently. We take occasional vacations here. But when I'm here, I want everything to be familiar, the way I'm used to it. It sounds a bit mundane, but it's about experiencing a new way of life in a not-so-exotic location."
... Elderly comfort
"As we grow older, the medical care here is top-notch. There are many German doctors, which is ideal because I'd prefer to be understood completely in case of any health issues. It's not so much about finding a new place to live, but more about exploring fresh experiences."
... His future endeavors
"It's certain that I'll never work at the same pace as I have in the past, but I won't retire entirely. I'm taking a break now, and it's unknown how I'll feel or what I'll do during or after that break."

"Trainers are a dime a dozen, and you do the job regardless of your resources. So, I'm taking a break now. How I'll feel and what I'll do afterwards remains to be seen."
