According to research carried out by the job website "Stepstone," several occupational training programs come with attractive salary packages, particularly in the technical and industrial fields.
Keep in mind, the standard rule still stands: the more comprehensive the training, the better the pay. Apprentices with a degree acquire, on average, about 10,500 euros more each year than their peers without a university degree.

Vocational education presents excellent career prospects, especially in health, education, craft, and industrial sectors
Professions associated with vocational training in the health, education, or craft sectors, or in industry, hold impressive career opportunities. As Stepstone labor market expert Tobias Zimmermann explains, "There's currently a notable shortage in these fields, and we expect demand for them to increase even further."
